To send outgoing messages immediately

You can set up Outlook Express so that any time you click the Send button after composing a message, it is immediately sent (instead of going into your Outbox until you click the Send and Receive button on the toolbar).

If you select this option, and you are compose messages offline, Outlook Express will automatically dial your Internet connection when you click the Send button in the message window.

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.

2. On the Send tab, select the Send now check box.
