In the Address bar, start typing the Internet address you want to go to.
If you've visited the Web site before, the AutoComplete feature suggests a match as you type.
For example, if you type microso, Internet Explorer guesses that you want to open the Microsoft Web site at http:\\www.microsoft.com.
After AutoComplete finds a match or you've finished typing the Web address, press ENTER.
Notes
You can turn off the AutoComplete feature from the Options dialog box. Click the View menu, and then click Options. On the Advanced tab, under the Browsing options, clear the Use AutoComplete check box.
If you installed the Web Integrated Desktop, the AutoComplete feature also suggests matches for folders and program names you type in the Address bar.
