To specify which font and color settings to always use

On the View menu, click Options.

Click the Advanced tab, and then click Accessibility.
- Change the settings as needed.
Notes
- You can also override all style sheet settings. Just click the the Advanced tab, and in the Advanced list, clear the Use style sheets check box.

For Help on an item, click at the top of the dialog box, and then click the item.
