All payments should be made out to "Sausage Software". Please fill out this
form and send it to us via one of the above methods. A serial number to
register HotDog will be e-mailed to you in a few days.

The support contract entitles you to technical support by e-mail and free
upgrades to your version of HotDog, for 12 months from the date of sale.
If you do not have the support contract then upgrades will be offered to
you at a discounted price, and technical support will be available from
the hotdog-support mailing list. See our web site for further details.
