The site hierarchy

The tabbed pane

The site hierarchy functions as a site map. This means you can see all the items that make up your site, and how they are linked to each other.

To build a site, you add items to the site pane through menu commands or through drag and drop, and establish relationships between them. You can expand and collapse your site, much like you would expand or collapse an outline in a word processor.

The tabbed pane has two panes:
  • A Choose Task pane from which you can start most key tasks in FastSite.
  • A Preview Web Pages pane that shows published pages in your site, and from which you can go to any place on the Internet. See Navigating in the Preview Web Pages pane.
