Creating an Application with WFC Controls

Thanks for using this pre-release version of Visual J++.

This scenario shows you how to create a basic Windows application with the Windows Foundation Classes for Java (WFC). Once you have built the application, you can run it run from the development environment or you can make it into an executable (.exe) file and run it from the command line. With the procedures in this scenario, you will be able to:

• Create and build a WFC application
  
  
• Run the application from the development environment
  
  
• Build a stand-alone executable file
  
  
• Run the executable file from the command line.
