Visual J++ Extensibility Overview

Extensibility is a means of enabling key functionality via wizards and add-ins. It has proved to be a powerful way of adding new functionality without requiring work in the core code base.

The Visual J++ extensibility model derives from and extends the Visual Studio core extensibility object model. This model operates in the design-time mode to give access to the functionality available to the user of the development environment.
