Error Situations

• Problem:
  The F10 key doesn't work.

  Solution:
  Click F10 on the keypad at the bottom of the Host On-Demand window.
  (The F10 key on the keyboard is reserved for Host On-Demand's use.)

• Problem:
  Your keyboard is locked.

  Solution:
  Attempt to put focus on the Host On-Demand window by clicking in the window area under the title bar.

• Problem:
  You want to resize your window.

  Solution:
  

  If your session is a browser window, you cannot resize. You may have to scroll to view the entire window.

  You can resize your Host On-Demand session if it is a separate window. To make the window wider, drag the window border to the size you want. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 (or later) on Windows 95 or Windows NT and you are using Microsoft Plus!, in your Display Properties, ensure that the Show window contents while dragging visual setting is disabled.

• Problem:
  You have encountered a screen display problem.

  Solution:
  Do one of the following:

  • Press Esc
  • Press your clear key

• Problem:
  Your problem is not listed, and you have Internet connectivity.

  Solution:
  You can review the latest usage note and bug lists for your release of IBM Host On-Demand.
