Customize IBM Host On-Demand

Host On-Demand provides access to SNA hosts from your web browser. Default options have been preselected and the access is as simple as pointing and clicking. Upon clicking on the Connect to Host button, a host logon screen is displayed. You can then logon and start going through your company information, news, and some of its services immediately. You can go back and forth between your host session and other web pages and treat the host information as part of your web.

You can customize the following in your Host On-Demand session:

Start as a separate window or as part of the browser window
Use a graphical toolbar on the session window
Use sounds to highlight significant session events
Use system administrator provided telnet port number for connectivity
