Calendar Builder comes with an installation program named INSTALL.EXE.
Simply run INSTALL.EXE, answer the prompts, and Calendar Builder will be
installed in the directory of your choice.

Calendar Builder is a shareware program. You may try it for a reasonable
time to see if you want to keep it. If you decide to keep it, you must
order a registered copy of Calendar Builder from RKS Software, Inc. The
price is $19.95, plus $4.00 shipping and handling, for a total of
$23.95.

This program may be freely distributed to Internet sites, BBSs, and
information services such as AOL and Compuserve.
