You can also access your messages by phone. For example, you can make David read you your E-mails or other important information by means of the integrated text-to-speech engine. In addition, David can be used as a ╗personal answering machine½ with remote enquiry features.áá

With David's integrated Web server, you can access your multimedia archive from any Web browser and from anywhere in the world. You can view faxes and E-mails and even listen to your voice messages. In addition, David will revolutionize your approach to Web publishing. All the Web pages of a site can be edited and modified conveniently from a client by members of staff. You really don't need to be a pro. The complete Web-site design can be changed by relocating a single object type within the Tobit Archive System. David's E-mail server offers complete Internet mail functions. Users can create and edit mails in the same way as with FaxWare. Thanks to the David PostMan, it's possible to send mails to external business partners. You can work with any type of mail program.
