WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

Colored user manuals printed in a new layout and consisting of approximately 45 pages are included as standard for each user. Just as before, FaxWare 5 comes with a short overview of the FaxWare commands. However, the inclusion of comprehensive electronic documentation from within the Tobit Archive System (TAS) is completely new. From each client, you can access this extensive library of electronic information. Tobit has discovered that the amount of work that goes into producing printed documentation bears no relation to its real level of use. To put it simply: "Nobody reads manuals!" Only the most important passages about installation and basic operation are read, if at all. Therefore, a manual just giving users and administrators a concise overview is sufficient and the rest should be contained in a well-structured and easily accessible electronic format. This is exactly what has been done with the new on-line documentation.á
