No more searching for old confirmations of orders, offers, etc. Everything is saved in clear files and can be displayed and searched. All you need to do is press a button. In FaxWare 5 these files are called archives. You can create and organize them by yourself. It doesn't matter how many you need or how you organize them. Perfect fax routingá
Automatic routing of incoming faxes has always been a special feature of FaxWare. With FaxWare 5, all faxes received automatically go into the central in archive. From here, these documents can be routed manually to one person, several people, or whole departments by drag-and-drop. FaxWare 5 is able to learn. For example, faxes from the supplier Miller & Sons can be routed automatically to the purchasing department.áá
