INTERNAL E-MAIL

In addition to the fax functions, FaxWare 5 offers the possibility of using electronic mail (E-mail) for internal communication within a company. This way everyone in your company can be reached quickly and you can view and edit "bulletin boards" directly from your workstation.

Time-consuming walks from one office to another are a thing of the past. Forget your expensive company magazine and paper files about your competitors. By E-mail you can carry out all these time-consuming tasks directly from your workstation. The use and functions of internal E-mail under FaxWare 5 are the same as those of Internet E-mail. The only difference is that it's for internal communication only. It's simply great!

All you need to do is press a button, enter your text, select the recipient from the address book, and press the send icon. That's it!

You want to add a Word document or an Excel table? No problem. Simply press two more buttons. The best thing about this is that you don't have to worry about the layout. In addition, you can save your messages as text documents in any FaxWare archive and make them available as a source of information for some or all employees. By managing all messages through the Tobit Archive System (TAS), you'll never lose track of things. FaxWare 5 helps you with its great document management features.

Each user can create an unlimited number of archives where they can archive their messages for short or longer periods of time. You can create project and customer files to store all mails, faxes, files, and scanned documents. You can even teach FaxWare to automatically delete junk faxes.
