All you need to do is press a button, enter your text, select the recipient from the address book, and press the send icon. That's it!áá

You want to add a Word document or an Excel table? No problem. Simply press two more buttons. The best thing about this is that you don't have to worry about the layout. In addition, you can save your messages as text documents in any FaxWare archive and make them available as a source of information for some or all employees.
