About the Commander
The Commander was created by Vsevolod V. Volkov.

There are some new useful features:

. The Commander allows you to select, copy, move and
delete directories as well as files.

. The Memory info command lists the memory-resident
programs which are currently occupying system memory.
You also can remove TSRs which were installed after
        loading the Commander.

. The built-in viewer and editor have two modes: ASCII
        and Hexadecimal.

. You can choose full-resident or small mode by Memory
allocation option and execute programs in small mode
working in full-resident mode by using Shift-Enter.

. Setting file attributes, you also can change Date and
Time of file or group of files.

. You can type a name of DOS's command or batch file in
command line which will be executed automatically
        when the Commander first starts.

. You can view the memory allocation map and remove
        resident programs from the memory.

. The Commander supports the main and local extension
files, which associate progtams, viewers and editors
        with file extensions.

. The Commander allows you to calculate sizes of
        directories.
