PRICING

     A  Single license is 25 POUNDS Sterling.   This license allows
     for use of either the DOS or Windows version of the program by
     one  user or  on one machine,  and entitles you to all the benefits
     listed above.

     A Site license is 50 POUNDS Sterling.
     This license allows unlimited copies to  be used in one
     classroom or office, and is ideal for schools and
     colleges.

HOW TO REGISTER

     Nothing  is simpler.   We accept, cheques (but may wait for them
     to  clear if  they  are  large  amounts),  credit  cards  (Visa,
     Mastercard, or Eurocard Eurocard only), Eurocheques drawn in œ's
     Sterling,and  US  Dollar  cheques  drawn  on  a  US  Bank,   and
     International  electronic bank to  bank  transfers.   Sorry,  we
     cannot accept foreign cheques drawn in any other currency except
     as  shown  above.  UK  Money  orders  and  postal   orders   are
     acceptable.


     Credit cards will always be billed in Pounds Sterling so you get
     the   latest and best exchange rate.  Cash, cheques, drafts etc
     should be in Pounds  Sterling.Calculate local currency prices from
     any of  the published  International prices at the current tourist
     exchange rate.

  There are four easy ways to register:

     1.  PHONE: Get your credit card ready,  then call  0181-778-2871
     for  UK customers.  International customers  should  prefix  the
     above number with the appropriate dialling code.

     2.   FAX: If you have a fax card on your computer,  then  simply
     edit  the file ORDERFRM.TXT with all the necessary  information,
     otherwise print it and fill it in manually.   Make sure all your
     credit  card info is there,  then fax it  to  0181-776-8477  (or
     0181-778-2871   during   office   hours)   for   UK   customers.
     International   customers should add  the  appropriate  dialling
     code  to the above number(s).

     3. POST: Print ORDERFRM.TXT and fill it in.  Include credit card
     info,  or cheque,  postal order or money order and post  to   to
     ENSIGN SYSTEMS,  21 TREDOWN ROAD, SYDENHAM, LONDON, SE26 5QQ UK.

SOFTWARE LICENSE

     This  product is licensed,  not sold.  The shareware version may
     be  freely copied and distributed subject to the  conditions  in
     the  VENDINFO.DIZ  file.   Unregistered  users  have  a  limited
     license to try out the program for up to 30 days without charge.
     Registration  gives a license for the use of the program by  one
     user or on one machine.   Special licenses may also be given for
     multiple machines or users,  for extended rights to copy, or for
     source code.


WARRANTY

     ENSIGN PUBLISHING and/or the author of this program warrant  the
     physical  disks  and  related  printed  matter  to  be  free  of
     significant  defects in materials and workmanship,  and that the
     program  works largely in  accordance  with  its  documentation.
     This  warranty is  effective  for  three  months  from  date  of
     registration, and is not transferrable.

     No  liability is accepted for any loss,  damage or inconvenience
     caused by the use of this product.   No warranty is made that it
     is  suitable for any particular  person  or  purpose.   If  this
     product   is useful AND YOU INTEND TO CONTINUE  USING   IT  then
     you should register it.

     In  any event,  the liability of Ensign  Publishing  and/or  the
     author  is restricted to either a  refund  of  the  registration
     paid, a replacement of the physical disks and/or printed matter,
     or the provision of an upgrade to the latest version.
