PRTConfig(4)

PRTConfig -- file containing the host printer subsystem mapping

Description

/etc/netware/nprinter/PRTConfig contains the names of the UnixWare printers that are allowed to service a NetWare® print queue. This file is modified by the Printer_Setup option in the graphical user interface.

/etc/netware/nprinter/PRTConfig defines one printer per line and uses the following syntax:

   hq printer_name host_queue_name priority
where:

printer_name
This field is the name of the printer. This can be any arbitrary name and is used as a tag to identify the printer in both this file and /etc/netware/nprinter/RPControl. Therefore, this should be the same as that defined in RPControl.

host_queue_name
This field contains the name of the UnixWare printer that will service the NetWare print queue jobs.

priority
This field defines the priority in which the print jobs are serviced. Values range from 0 to 39 where 0 is the highest priority.
