The parameters are as follows:

conn: (IN) Specifies the NetWare server connection handle.
fseDirCacheInfo: (OUT) Points to NWFSE_DIR_CACHE_INFO.

0x0000: SUCCESSFUL
0x897E: NCP_BOUNDARY_CHECK_FAILED
