Intro -- BNU unrestricted commands

Description

This manual page section describes the unrestricted user-level commands that are provided for use in basic networking. These commands are used for configuring modem dialers, connecting to other systems, modifying user encryption keys and performing UUCP file transfers and command execution.

The administrative user-level commands and utilities are described in Section 1Mbnu manual pages.
