Removing queue users

Select the user(s) or group(s) that you wish to delete from the Queue Users list.
You highlight the queue user, dwayne.
Click the Remove button.
The selected name(s) is removed from the Queue Users list and reappears on the Available Users/Groups list.
dwayne is no longer a queue user. His name now appears in the Available Users/Groups list.
