Assigning queue operator privileges

Continuing with the previously explained example, follow the directions below to assign operator privileges to a queue user.

In the list of queue users, click the box at the left of the queue user's name.
A red check appears in the box next to the Queue User icon. The selected user is now a queue operator.
Click the box next to chris' name.
