Whenever the step-by-step instructions in this documentation tell you to select a function from a menu, you can use your mouse to highlight the menu option.

You can also use keystrokes to choose menu options. From the Main menu, or the Quick Access screen, you can press the EXTEND CHAR key (called the ALT key on many keyboards) together with the underlined letter to select a menu. For example, to select the Manager menu, you would press EXTEND CHAR and M.

Once the menu is displayed, you can select an option from it by pressing the underlined letter in the option name. For example, to select Restore from the Manager menu in the above figure, press R.
