Modem Speed-meter and Windows 95

  Modem Speed-meter needs to hook inside of the Windows 3.1
communication functions. It is therefore dependent on the
operating system.

  The communication  functions of  Windows 95 are somewhat
different from Windows 3.1 functions and so Modem
Speed-meter version 2.0 does not support Windows 95.

  However, if you are using a Windows 3.1 communication
program with Windows 95, chances are that Modem Speed-meter
may work. If so this is because Windows 95 is smart enough
to emulate the Windows 3.1 communication functions. If this
is your case you are lucky. Anyway it is not supported.
