Manifest:

README.TXT   -  This file.
ENGGUIDE.PS  -  Engineering guide in PostScript format.  This is the
		companion text for the examples in simic120bn.zip.
USRGUIDE.PS  -  Simic User's manual for Simic version 1.02.00 in
		PostScript format.
PSPAGE.EXE   -  Program to extract pieces of the PostScript files for
		printing.  Execute with no arguments for description.
PSPAGE.C     -  Source for PSPAGE.EXE.

The Simic User's guide is very large and comprehensive, complete
with index.  The pspage program is provided to extract portions
of the text for display or printing.  Pspage.c was aquired from
an archive site on the internet and is provided as is.
