If you downloaded the component from the Internet or a BBS, you should 
have a BmpScrBr.Zip file which conains the following files:

BmpScrBr.dcu	- The Delphi 1 compiled unit
BmpScrBr.hlp	- The help file
BmpScrBr.kwf	- The Delphi 1 help key word file
BmpScrBr.txt	- The file you are reading


Extract the files and place them on your system in the following 
folders (directories fir Dos/Win31):

BmpScrBr.dcu	\Delphi\Lib (or other appropriate folder).
		Then install this file on your Delphi component palette.
BmpScrBr.hlp	\Delphi\Bin
BmpScrBr.kwf	\Delphi\Help, then use the KeyWord Installation program 
		to link the help file to your Delphi help system.
