Installation Instructions
_________________________

To install the IBM Global Network (IGN) from your SmartSuite or 1-2-3 CD, follow these steps:

1.  Insert the CD in the appropriate drive.
2.  Choose Start - Run from the Windows taskbar.
3.  Type x:\extra\internet\ign\setup (where x is the letter of your CD-ROM drive).
4.  Click OK.
    Please be sure to read the Program License Agreement before continuing the installation.
5.  Follow the installation instructions that appear on the screen.
6.  Click on YES, I WANT TO SET UP AN INTERNET ACCOUNT.
7.  Click on I WOULD LIKE TO OPEN A PERSONAL ACCOUNT.
    Please provide all of the information requested about your computer and where you live.
8.  You will connect to the IBM Global Network and be prompted to complete your registration 
    online using your web browser.
9.  Select the service plan and personal ID that best suits your needs.
10. You will receive an ACCOUNT ID, USER ID, and PASSWORD.  Be sure to record this information
    and store them in a safe place.
11. Your computer is now setup to connect to the Internet.
