1. uVision Integrated Development Environment for Windows

This demo disk includes uVision for Windows.  uVision is an integrated
development environment that encapsulates a project manager, integrated
make facility, dialog box tool configuration, and full-function editor. 
You use uVision to write and compile your programs using our tools.  The
example programs provided on this demo disk are designed to work with
uVision.



2. dScope Debugger/Simulator for Windows

This demo disk includes the dScope debugger/simulator for Windows. 
dScope lets you simulate all aspects of your target hardware using your
computer.  In addition, dScope integrates with uVision to make a complete
embedded software development solution for all your 8051 needs.



3. Manuals Provided with the Demo Kit

The 8051 Demo Kit includes the 8051/251 Evaluation Kit User's Guide. 
This manual leads you step-by-step though several example programs.  It
also introduces you to our broad product line.  In addition, it is a
quick reference for all of our 8051 and 251-based development tools.



4. Example Programs

Several example programs have been included in the EXAMPLES directory.
These files demonstrate how to use the project manager as well as how to
use uVision and dScope to locate and correct errors and bugs in your
source code.  Refer to the 8051/251 Evaluation Kit User's Guide for
complete descriptions of these programs.
