From the right frame, after all duplicates are displayed, if you select all files of a same name and choose to uninstall them, you will be prompted to select any or no files of the list to SAVE. This list will contain ALL FILES ON THE HARD DRIVE OF THE SAME NAME. Select the file to save and click OK. ============================ Assistant ============================ We have added an Assistant that will guide you, step by step through each procedure. Once you are comfortable with WinDelete 97's functions, you can select to hide the Assistant with the Hide button on the Dialog Box. To view it again, Select View|Assistant. ============================ NT 4.0 Users ============================ Windows NT 4.0 users with multi user profile configurations will see more than one Start menu in the Application Manager. WinDelete, however, will only put one WDsetup.exe onto the disk that can be used to Restore all of the archives. ============================ Manually Stopping Agent ============================ For installations of programs that start with a autorun or a multiple application install, it may be necessary to manually stop the Agent. Select the Agent in the Task bar and click on Inst...Monitor, Select the currently monitored process and click Stop. ============================ Log File Removal ============================ WinDelete will maintain the log of all archives created by WinDelete. Once you have removed the contents of the archive, the log itself can be removed by double clicking on the folder that it's in from the left frame. Select the log from the right frame and choose Uninstall.
