In Money, you can track one investment in multiple investment accounts. Once you add a stock or any other investment type to an account, you can use it in any investment account รน you don't have to recreate it. When you enter trades for an investment you've used in a different account, you'll see it listed as a choice in the Investment field on the transaction form.
If you want to see the total number of shares of an investment you hold across all your Money accounts, go to Investments and click Positions View in the left pane.
Also, when you update online quotes, you'll see each investment listed only once, but the price of the investment is updated in all the investment accounts that contain shares of that investment.
