Understand the Career Earnings Forecast chart

Tip: For easier reading, click    (above).

This chart appears at the bottom of the screen in the Career place. It charts your income from now until you retire, taking into account the events youÆve specified (such as taking time off or anticipating a major promotion) that would affect your salary.

• You can choose to view this chart in today's dollars by hiding the effects of inflation, or in future dollars by showing the effects of inflation. To choose a view, click the down-arrow   next to Career Earnings Forecast and click the option you want.
• To find out how much you'll be making for a given month and year, simply place the pointer over any point on the chart. A small box lists the date and your income.
