Use Decision Center's tools to answer your questions about your home or mortgage

1 Go to the Decision Center.

On the navigation bar (The strip at the top of the Money screen where you can click to go to the different areas in Money.), click Decisions.

2 If you have Financial Suite, click Tools.

3 Click one of the following:

Click Buy vs. Rent Calculator to compare the costs of buying or renting your home. Answer questions about your rent, loan, tax, and other housing costs to find out which is less expensive.
Click Comparing Mortgages to compare the costs of two mortgage options. Answer questions about the loan terms, payment schedule, fees, and so forth to find out which is less expensive.

4 Follow the instructions provided.
