In the Occasional Expense Fund place (in Budget Planner), you'll find a list of scheduled contributions to your Occasional Expense Fund accounts (These accounts are for expenses that occur throughout a typical year on an irregular basis, such as clothing, automobile repairs, and holiday gifts. If you put money aside for these expenses, youÆll have a more accurate budget.).

What is the Occasional Expense Fund for?
Use Occasional Expense Fund accounts to save for occasional planned expenses and unexpected expenses. These include vacations, car repairs, wedding expenses, emergency home repairs, and the like.
Be sure to budget enough in your occasional savings fund accounts to cover the amounts shown in the Occasional column of the Budget Expenses place. (Click Expenses in the left pane to see expense amounts.)
