Record a scheduled investment purchase
Money enters this transaction in your Account Register, crosses it out in this list, and adds it to your list of Recently Paid Bills.
What if I donÆt see the transaction in the list?
Its due date may fall outside the displayed date range. To change this date range, click the down-arrow next to the View menu at the top of the list and select a new one.
Can I record any transaction that appears in this list?
You can only pay, edit, or skip the next occurrence of a recurring transaction (A payment, deposit, transfer, or investment purchase that is set up in Bills & Deposits to occur with a specific frequency. Upcoming instances of this transaction appear in the Pay Bills place.)
Can I record more than one transaction at a time?
Yes. To select multiple transactions, hold down the CTRL key while you click the transactions you want to record. However, you cannot record multiple transactions if any one or more of the following are included in the selection: a crossed-out transaction, an automatic payment (Apay (An electronic payment that you set up with your financial institution where funds are automatically withdrawn from your account and a payment sent to the payee, whether or not you connect to your financial institution. The payment is recorded in your Account Register the first time you connect within thirty days of the due date. Same as automatic payment.)), a transaction that is not the next occurrence of a bill or deposit, or an electronic bill (E-bill (A bill you receive and pay over the Internet. Same as electronic bill.)).
Where are the crossed-out transactions that were here during my last Money session?
Money removes recorded transactions from the Pay Bills place after one session. This keeps the list from becoming cluttered. Transactions recorded in your Account Registers over the last 60 days are contained in the Recently Paid Bills list.
