Insert decimal points automatically

1 On the Tools menu, click Options.

2 Click the Editing tab.

3 In the Entry Options section, check Automatically insert decimal point in amount field.

With this option selected, Money inserts a decimal point two digits from the right whenever you move to another field after entering a number in any amount field in Money. This means that you need to type two zeros when you enter a whole dollar amount in any amount field or your entry will be incorrect.
