Resize
You may feel that some of your images are too large or too small, now you can change their sizes easily.
In PhotoEdit interface, move your mouse cursor onto the First button on Task Bar, and click
on the pop-up sub-task bar. Then some function buttons appear on Operation Panel.
On the upper part of Operation Panel, the original size of the image is listed out.
If you choose Standard, you shall select an image size from the pull-down list. There are several choice available: A4 (210x297mm), A5 (148x210mm), Size1 (640x480pixel), Size2 (800x600pixel), Size3 (1024x768pixel), Size4 (1280x1024pixel).
If you choose User Defined, you can type in your desired width and height, and choose length unit from the pull-down list: inch, pixel or percent.
Check Contrain Proportions checkbox, the proportion between image width and height will be fixed. So you will not distort the image when you resize it.
If you want to crop the image, just click on the panel, and then drag your mouse to draw a rectangle on the image in Preview Window circling the area you want to keep. Double-click on the rectangle, the image will be cropped.
If you are satisfied with the new image size, click to apply the changes to the image; otherwise click
to reload the original version of the image.
