An address has been dynamically assigned by one computer that was already statically assigned by another computer. WINS is configured to give static addresses precedence over dynamically assigned addresses.
There are two choices for correcting this situation. 1) Check the WINS databases of other WINS servers and eliminate the duplications of this address. 2) Check the static record. You might choose to delete it instead.
