WINS could not read the Refresh interval from the registry

This event record indicates that WINS could not read the value of the RefreshInterval entry from the registry. WINS set RefreshInterval to its default value.
In the registry, check the RefreshInterval entry of the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WINS\Parameters subkey. Correct the value of the entry, if necessary.
