This event indicates that someone is purposefully trying to install an unauthorized server. Having an unauthorized server creates a large security hole in the system.
Check the server that is attempting to run Admission Control Service (ACS). If this server should be running ACS, add this server to the list of servers allowed to run ACS. Otherwise, remove ACS from the server.
