This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.
One of the resource arbitrators failed. This can occur if the device is software configurable and it does not have a resource. (For example, all the interrupts are in use or t he device requests a resource that is currently in use by another device that will not release the resource.)
Using the Add/Remove Hardware wizard, follow the instructions in the Add/Troubleshoot a device section .
