The adapter card and another device are configured to use the same I/O port.
Contact your system administrator. Check the configuration of the adapter card by selecting Network in Control Panel. Make sure the adapter card is configured according to the manufacturer's specifications and that the configuration does not conflict with the configurations of other hardware.
