The Netbios Name Scope has a component longer than 63 characters. Each label in the Scope cannot be longer than 63 bytes. Use the Control Panel, Network application to change the scope.

This value also must not begin with a period. If this parameter contains a valid value, it will override the DHCP parameter of the same name. A blank value (empty string) will be ignored. Setting this parameter to the value ô*ö indicates a null scope and will override the DHCP parameter.
