The Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server service cannot start. The system is probably out of memory, or the Registry might be corrupted.
Restart your computer, and try again. If you continue to receive this message, try removing and reinstalling the Wsock32.dll and try again. Also, try removing and reinstalling DHCP by using the Network option in Control Panel.
