The specified filename in the error message exceeds the 256 character limit.
Go to the Systemroot\System32\Dns directory and, using Notepad, open the specified file and locate the specified line. Rename the file that exceeds the maximum file path length so it contains 256 or fewer characters. Stop and restart the DNS server service.
