The DNS server is limited to listening on number IP addresses. This server is configured with more than number IP addresses, so the DNS server has used the first number and will only respond to queries on these addresses. Use the Interfaces dialog under Server Properties in the DNS admin tool to edit the list of IP interfaces to number or fewer addresses on which you wish the DNS to answer queries.

The DNS server has more IP addresses that it can service queries for.
To edit the list of addresses on which you wish the DNS to answer queries: 1. In DNS Manager, right-click the DNS server in the server list. 2. Click Properties. 3. On the Interface tab, use Add and Remove to edit the list of IP addresses. Use Move Up and Move Down to prioritize the list of IP addresses. 4. When you are finished, click OK.
