Either the specified node is down or network problems may have occurred.
Try connecting to other network resources. If you are able to connect to other network resources, check to make sure the remote computer is running and is able to accept connections. If you are not able to connect to any resources, and you are logged on, try using the ping command to isolate the problem. Also, check the event log for errors involving network adapter cards and their drivers or protocols, and take the appropriate action on these errors. Then try again.
