Use the process viewer to end all Common Gateway Interface (CGI) processes currently running on the server, and try again. If you continue to receive this message, try removing both Internet Information Services and Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then reinstall both. You must reinstall TCP/IP prior to reinstalling Internet Information Services.
