To specify the size of the command history buffer under Windows NT, use the /listsize switch which sets the number of commands to remember.
The Windows 2000 version of Doskey does not recognize the /bufsize=size switch that was used in previous versions.
Use the /listsize switch instead. Note that the numeric value in the /listsize switch represents the maximum number of commands to remember, and not the size of the buffer in bytes.
