The Registry key should have been created when the Services for Macintosh driver was installed. There may be a problem with the configuration of the Services for Macintosh driver.
Check the Event Log in Event Viewer for messages related to this one. Use the Drivers option in Control Panel to remove and reinstall the driver. If you continue to see this message, contact your technical support group.
