You have specified an IP End address that is less than the IP Start address. Please change the End address.
In Control Panel, double-click the Network icon. Click the Services tab, click Remote Access Service in the Network Services box, click Configure, and then click Network. In the dialog box, specify an end address that is greater than or equal to the start address. For example, 11.101.237.61 and 11.101.237.65 would be valid start and end addresses.
